This fellowship scheme aims to culture an ethos of learning and development in non-academic as well as the academic staff at OUCRU in order to develop and sustain their levels of professionalism and excellence. Through this scheme we aim to motivate staff to develop their skills, and equip them to meet future challenges.
Funded activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Individuals attending formal training courses;
- Individuals undertaking non scientific academic qualifications;
- Individuals or groups received job specific coaching/mentoring; and
- Unit and/or programmes commissioning tailor-made courses for relevant groups of non-academic staff.
