Bimandra Adiputra Djaafara

Andra is a statistician and mathematical modeller at the Eijkman-Oxford Clinical Research Unit in Indonesia.

He received his BSc in statistics from Bogor Agricultural University, Indonesia and MSc in Epidemiology from Imperial College London, UK. He joined Eijkman-Oxford Clinical Research Unit in 2014 as a statistician after working for one year as a software developer in a data mining and information technology consulting company in Indonesia. His main research interests are epidemiology, statistical modelling, and mathematical modelling for infectious diseases. His Masters dissertation was on modelling the impact of population movement on the sustainability of malaria transmission in Indonesia.
