Ashmita KC

Research Nurse

Ashmita KC is a research nurse involved in OUCRU’s ACT South Asia (The Azithromycin and Cefixime Treatment of Typhoid in South Asia Triall), ACORN (A Clinically Oriented Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Network), and FIND (Foundation for Innovative Diagnostic) studies.

Previously, she was a researcher-student nurse investigating the knowledge and attitudes toward plastic use among secondary-level students in 2018. She has also received training in Hospice and Palliative Care, as well as Pain Management.
