Prior to this, she worked on areas of health system research and operational research working with the apex body for health research of the Government of Nepal – the Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC) and UK Aid-funded Monitoring, Evaluation and Operational Research (MEOR) Project.
With an MPH from Tribhuvan University and a nursing background, she has over ten years of involvement in the Nursing field and has a wealth of experience in research. Research project design and management, including field implementation in a demanding situation, data management and analysis, digital data collection, and data quality checks on a real-time basis, are her key strengths.
