Trong m\u1ed9t nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u kh\u00e1c<\/a> n\u0103m 2004, 40,5% nh\u00e2n vi\u00ean tham gia c\u1ee9u h\u1ed9 hi\u1ec7n tr\u01b0\u1eddng tai n\u1ea1n m\u00e1y bay United Airlines DC-10 c\u00f3 d\u1ea5u hi\u1ec7u c\u0103ng th\u1eb3ng c\u1ea5p t\u00ednh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u1ec1 l\u00e2u d\u00e0i, nh\u00e2n vi\u00ean y t\u1ebf c\u00f2n \u0111\u1ed1i m\u1eb7t v\u1edbi nguy c\u01a1 b\u1ecb r\u1ed1i lo\u1ea1n c\u0103ng th\u1eb3ng sau sang ch\u1ea5n (PTSD – Post-traumatic stress disorder), tr\u1ea7m c\u1ea3m v\u00e0 lo \u00e2u (Mao v\u00e0 c\u1ed9ng s\u1ef1, 2018<\/a>). M\u1ed9t nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u kh\u00e1c cho th\u1ea5y 79,6% nh\u00e2n vi\u00ean c\u1ea5p c\u1ee9u y t\u1ebf tham gia c\u1ee9u h\u1ed9 v\u1ee5 t\u1ea5n c\u00f4ng 11\/9 c\u00f3 tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng PTSD, m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 ng\u01b0\u1eddi v\u1eabn c\u1ea3m th\u1ea5y t\u1ed9i l\u1ed7i, lo \u00e2u v\u00e0 \u00e1c m\u1ed9ng sau 15 n\u0103m (Smith v\u00e0 Burkle, 2019<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
