C\u01a1 ch\u1ebf l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n c\u1ee7a virus dengue<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

C\u00f9ng t\u00ecm hi\u1ec3u hai c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu c\u1ee7a virus dengue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u1ed1t xu\u1ea5t huy\u1ebft \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c g\u00e2y ra b\u1edfi virus Dengue v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n b\u1edfi vector trung gian l\u00e0 mu\u1ed7i; trong \u0111\u00f3 ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu qua Mu\u1ed7i v\u1eb1n (Aedes aegypti<\/em>) v\u00e0 Mu\u1ed7i h\u1ed5 (Aedes albopictus<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Virus Dengue \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c duy tr\u00ec m\u1ed9t c\u00e1ch t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean theo con \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n ngang (Horizontal transmission) gi\u1eefa mu\u1ed7i v\u1edbi ng\u01b0\u1eddi. Khi nh\u1eefng con mu\u1ed7i c\u00e1i sinh s\u1ea3n, ch\u00fang c\u00f3 nhu c\u1ea7u protein \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n tr\u1ee9ng; do \u0111\u00f3 ch\u00fang s\u1ebd t\u00ecm h\u00fat m\u00e1u c\u00e1c lo\u00e0i \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u1eadt, trong \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 con ng\u01b0\u1eddi. Khi con ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ecb mu\u1ed7i \u0111\u1ed1t, virus Dengue t\u1eeb mu\u1ed7i c\u00e1i \u0111\u00e3 nhi\u1ec5m x\u00e2m nh\u1eadp sang c\u01a1 th\u1ec3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi l\u00e0nh v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ea1i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuy nhi\u00ean v\u1eabn c\u00f2n m\u1ed9t c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf kh\u00e1c \u0111\u1ec3 virus duy tr\u00ec s\u1ef1 t\u1ed3n t\u1ea1i trong t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean, ch\u00ednh l\u00e0 con \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n d\u1ecdc (Vertical transmission). M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u00e3 ch\u1ec9 ra r\u1eb1ng trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng kh\u00f4ng thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i nh\u01b0: virus Dengue kh\u00f4ng t\u00ecm \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c k\u00fd ch\u1ee7 l\u00e0 con ng\u01b0\u1eddi, \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n kh\u00ed h\u1eadu kh\u1eafc nghi\u1ec7t,…; virus Dengue c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n t\u1eeb mu\u1ed7i m\u1eb9 sang mu\u1ed7i con \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ed3n t\u1ea1i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
