Study Doctor

An International Medical Graduate from Indonesia who is deeply passionate about research, particularly in neuroscience. Her goal is to advance both clinical practice and scientific understanding in these fields.

She completed her Master of Research in Neuroscience at Newcastle University in 2019 and obtained her Medical Doctor degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, in 2022. Her research interests are centered on neuroscience, with a particular focus on synaptic markers in various forms of dementia and the expression of ALDH1A1 in high- and low-grade gliomas. In 2022-2023, she began her career as a field researcher at OUCRU, contributing to an antimicrobial stewardship project across multiple hospitals in Jakarta. This experience was followed by the completion of her medical internship, where she applied her research background in clinical settings.

After finishing her internship, she rejoined OUCRU in 2024 as a study doctor for the HARVEST study, working at both Polri Hospital and Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. The study aimed to advance understanding in tuberculous meningitis areas, and she was involved in coordinating and overseeing patient care within the study protocol. Her combined background in both clinical practice and research allows her to bridge the gap between patient care and scientific discovery. She is committed to furthering her expertise in neuroscience and contributing to innovative healthcare solutions.
