Ramesh Rokaya joined as the Community medical assistant under TyVAC (Assessing the impact of a Vi-Polysaccharide Conjugate Vaccine in preventing typhoid infection among Nepalese children – a Phase III trial) and TyVOID (Assessing the medium-term impact of a Vi-Polysaccharide Conjugate Vaccine in preventing typhoid infections among Nepali children) research projects with a keen interest in health and safety, rapport building, and communication.

Ramesh has received Basic Life Support and Emergency Care Management (BLS) training. He has also received training in health and safety and workplace harassment, which has helped him develop a comprehensive understanding of the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
