Ms. Deuja began her nursing career after completing her Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) in Nursing and worked as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse at B&B Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in patient care and clinical practice. She later pursued a Bachelor in Nursing Sciences at Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences and completed a clinical internship in critical care at Dhulikhel Hospital. With a growing interest in research and evidence-based healthcare, she transitioned into clinical research and now contributes to the generation of high-quality evidence to improve healthcare and patient outcomes while upholding the highest ethical standards in research.
