He is also one of the key members of the clinical microbiology training team, serving the training mission of OUCRU in several projects, including VIZIONs and Fleming programme. These programmes provide basic and advanced training in clinical microbiology to diagnosis laboratory staff in nearly 30 hospitals in the networks.

Vinh also took part in the training for laboratories staff from the animal health sector.
