Since 2024, Thư has been managing OUCRU’s youth engagement initiatives through Collab Lab – a youth-led project. Her work focuses on enabling youth collaborators to work closely with researchers as scientific partners to create engaging science communication products. Together with the youth team, she also coordinates events and networking activities that foster meaningful connections between young people and the scientists.
