We are developing an automated high-throughput BiomarkTM HD system to perform large-scale screening of AMR gene array from the gut of healthy children from a longitudinal cohort study to define the age-specific incidence and risk factors of Shigella diarrhoeal infections in Vietnamese children.
Our assay can be applied to other clinical/environmental samples collected from different studies across the OUCRU programme.
