Sristi Koirala is a Chartered Accountant with dual memberships from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She also holds an Executive MBA in Finance, enhancing her technical proficiency with strategic financial insight. Her core expertise spans audit, taxation, financial advisory, and grants management, with a particular focus on supporting research and development initiatives. In her current role as Grants and Finance Lead at OUCRU Nepal, she provides comprehensive financial oversight and collaborates closely with researchers to manage the full lifecycle of grants—from pre-award planning to post-award execution.
Sristi has built a distinguished career across both corporate and development sectors. She began her professional journey with an articleship at M/s Badari, Madhusudan & Srinivasan in Bangalore, followed by roles such as Management Trainee at CG Developers Pvt Ltd and Senior Manager at JBS Business Solutions. Her leadership trajectory continued as Audit Manager at Bibek Adhikari & Associates and later as a Partner at B. & S. Associates, Chartered Accountants. Since 2019, she has been closely associated with OUCRU Nepal through a financial advisory service agreement, progressively advancing from financial review responsibilities to her current leadership role. Her contributions have been pivotal in strengthening financial governance and operational efficiency within the organization.
