BackgroundThe Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU) is a large-scale clinical and public health research unit, with sites offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi in Vietnam, Jakarta in Indonesia and Kathmandu in Nepal. OUCRU Nepal’s mission is to have a local, regional and global impact on health by leading a locally driven research programme on infectious diseases.Please see more information on OUCRU website: www.oucru.org
Key responsibilities and tasksManage study participants, including counseling, completion of CRFs, collection of study and routine samples, follow-up of participants and addressing patient queries.
Maintain accurate screening and enrollment logs.
Ensure protocol-mandated procedures are conducted, including vitals, laboratory tests, and questionnaires.
Administer investigational products (if applicable) according to the study protocol.
Monitor subjects for adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs), and promptly report them to the CTU team.
Ensure appropriate medical management of study participants.
Perform accurate and timely data entry.
Monitor the availability and condition of clinical resources and logistics and provide timely feedback.
Collect and document source data accurately and completely.
Maintain and organize source documents, CRFs, and patient files.
Act as a liaison between the CTU team, patients, laboratories, and pharmacy.Coordinate with OPD staff to minimize disruption of routine care.
Support monitoring visits and audits at OPD level.
Support the implementation of ongoing and upcoming research studies and clinical trials.
Carry out any duties as reasonably required by OUCRU Nepal in these areas
RequirementsEssential: 
Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) in Nursing.  
At least 1 year of experience. 
Proficient in English. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
Desirable 
Bachelor in NursingExperience in clinical research. 
Proven ability in coordinating with the relevant stakeholders.
