My responsibilities include administering the OUCRU Early Translational Research Fund (ETRF), helping OUCRU researchers to identify and advise on other suitable funding sources, supporting bid development, providing project management advice to these milestone-driven projects, organizing entrepreneurship and translational research training programs, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate the impact of research innovations.
Prior to this role, I served as Quality Improvement Executive at Hoan My Medical Corporation and later as Project Manager in the Tuberculosis Group at OUCRU Ho Chi Minh. In these positions, I managed research portfolios from proposal development and funding applications through implementation, progress monitoring, and reporting. Within the PARADMGM4TB trial and UNITE4TB Consortium, I collaborated closely with clinical and laboratory teams, local hospitals, and international partners to coordinate trial operations and regional laboratory activities.
I hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City, and a Master of Public Health from the University of Auckland. My experience in project management across both health services and academic research settings enables me to work effectively at the intersection of scientific, operational, and collaborative domains.
