Fitria is a Research and Grant Administrator at the Eijkman-Oxford Clinical Research Unit in Indonesia.
Fitria earned her degree from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia. She has expertise in handling research grant administration and medical research ethics, including Good Clinical Practice. She had worked in these subjects for 15 years when she worked for the US-military international biomedical research laboratory in Jakarta (1996-2010) and joined EOCRU in 2010. Fitria received annual intensive trainings on international health research ethics standard funded by US Department of Defense Educational Program between 2003 and 2009. She has an interest in clinical trials, research ethics and research management.
