Fitria started her career in Pharmaceutical Industry as a production supervisor and then shifted to clinical research at one of the multinational Pharmaceutical Companies. She has over ten years of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and has been involved in clinical trial monitoring from Phase II to Phase IV, including study start-up activities as well as regulatory activities.
