She has experience in quantity data documentation and preparation of training materials, having worked on the GESI mainstreaming training for local government. Niharika has also collaborated with schools and colleges to raise awareness about human rights and UN Nepal during her internship.
She has participated in field-based projects, and she previously worked as a Media Monitoring Assistant for the SPEAR project (Social Science and Public Engagement Action Research) at OUCRU Nepal.
Throughout her work, Niharika has developed a keen interest in mental health and public engagement strategies among local communities and wants to explore more in that sector.
