Prior to OUCRU, she worked as a researcher at a key laboratory at Vietnam National University, participating in several projects on human diseases, including the detection of common mutations and analysis of their characteristics in acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and studying the antibiotic resistance genes in pneumonia-causing bacteria, Acinetobacter baumannii.
Joined OUCRU Hanoi in 2021 to work on the project “The early diagnosis of talaromycosis – a strategy to reduce morbidity and mortality in advanced HIV disease in Southeast Asia.”
