Ni Made Adnya Suasti is a medical doctor and early career researcher with a strong interest in maternal and child health. She currently works on the SPHERES project as a Scientific & Technical Officer.
Adnya holds an MSc in Modelling for Global Health from the University of Oxford and was awarded the Young Investigator Award at the 2023 ESPGHAN (European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition) Annual Meeting.
She has seven years of experience in public health research, expanding from modelling, evidence-based healthcare, to community health. She collaborated on a systematic review between WHO, IVAC/Johns Hopkins, and Duke University on implementation research for COVID-19 vaccine roll-out as global efforts in optimizing vaccine delivery. She conducted a modelling study on the short-term impact of Plasmodium vivax vaccination in Northwestern Brazil for her master thesis. She is dedicated to enhancing disease prevention strategies and improving child health outcomes globally, and particularly in Indonesia.
