Before joining OUCRU, Pratikshya worked with Mitra Samaj as Research Coordinator for GIZ’s Baseline Assessment of Local Level Health Governance, and with Helen Keller International on the Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) Supply Readiness Assessment Project. She also contributed to USAID’s Global Health Supply Chain Project, supporting maternal and child health initiatives in Nepal.
Her career centers on advancing gender-responsive health governance, evidence-based policymaking, and community engagement in Nepal’s health system.
She holds professional certifications in Implementation Research and Good Health Research Practice from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, and in Research Grant Writing from the Nepal Health Research Council.
