In a highly stressful working environment like in the healthcare field, burn-out management is essential to maintain and improve healthcare workers’ well-being as well as ensure to provide high-quality services to patients. In this workshop, our speakers will analyse deeper into effective exclusively designed strategies for unique challenges in the healthcare industry.
This webinar focused on how to improve compassionate skills for healthcare workers, therefore to enhance the quality of health servies, and maintain the strong relationship between patients and healthcare workers. The webinar also included interactive activities, role-play, and practical discussions to help participants to develop active listening skills, understanding patients’ feelings and emotions, and ultimately create a personalised health experience.

In this workshop, doctors will learn how to tactfully and effectively communicate worsening health news to patients and their families, ensuring they feel understood and supported.
