Before his current position, Bibek held several roles in the healthcare industry, including Health Assistant (Paramedic), where he gained experience in emergency OPDs and different wards. He also worked as a Health Assistant during an earthquake relief camp organized by the joint collaboration of UNFPA, CARE Nepal, PSI, and Global Hospital Lalitpur.
