She completed a BSc in Nursing from Tribhuvan University and worked as a staff nurse for more than three years at Chitwan Medical College and TUTH.
She then completed a Master’s degree in Public Health from Tribhuvan University, where she worked as an intern at BNMT. Sushma has also engaged as a public health volunteer for COVID-19 contact tracing and case investigation.
