Sushila Karki is a dedicated research nurse at the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit–Nepal, where she has been contributing to clinical research since January 8, 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Manmohan Memorial Institute of Health Sciences, Tribhuvan University, completed in 2021. As part of her academic training, she conducted a research study titled “Awareness Regarding Risk Factors of Non-Communicable Diseases Among Middle-Aged Adults in a Sub-Metropolitan City of Dang.” Prior to her current role, Sushila served as a staff nurse at Blue Cross Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, from October 8, 2021, to February 21, 2023. There, she provided comprehensive nursing care and collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. Her growing interest in clinical research continues to drive her professional development and contributions to public health.
