Karin is a Data Analyst at the Eikjman-Oxford Clinical Research Unit in Indonesia.
She earned her BSc in Statistics from Bogor Agricultural University, Indonesia and has been with EOCRU since 2014. Her research interests are statistics, data management and disease mapping. She has been assigned to develop a national database for malaria elimination in Indonesia by managing malaria data for over 60,000 villages, collecting malaria prevalence surveys from 1985 and analyzing a trend series of district-based malaria data. She substantially contributed in geo-locating over 40,000 health facilities for malaria service availability analysis. She also involved in the assembling of global database of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus occurrences for Indonesia.
