She has been assigned to develop a national database for malaria elimination in Indonesia by managing malaria data for over 60,000 villages, collecting malaria prevalence surveys from 1985, and analyzing trend series of district-based malaria data.
She substantially contributed to geo-locating over 40,000 health facilities for malaria service availability analysis. She also assembled the global database of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus occurrences for Indonesia.
