Post-doc Research Fellow

At a young age, Ralalicia dreamed of becoming a detective, driven by a curiosity to uncover truths and solve mysteries. While not everyone is fortunate enough to see their childhood aspirations materialise, she found a different path that allowed her to channel her innate skills of observation and pattern recognition into a fulfilling career as a researcher.

Dr. Ralalicia Limato, MPH, brings over a decade of experience as a qualitative researcher in health systems research and continuous quality improvement (CQI). With a background in medicine and public health, her expertise and interests span various areas within health systems and implementation. Her past and current projects include research in sexual and reproductive health, antimicrobial resistance and stewardship, neglected tropical diseases, community healthcare services, and medical education. She is adept at designing and implementing rigorous research protocols, analysing data, and translating findings into actionable insights to drive improvements in health outcomes and healthcare delivery processes.
