After beginning her career as a practicing physician, Indri transitioned into research in 2021. She holds an MSc in International Health and Tropical Medicine from the University of Oxford, completed in 2025. With over four years of experience in health research and project management, she has contributed to clinical trials, epidemiological studies, and qualitative research across a range of diseases, including malaria, leprosy, tuberculosis, COVID-19, sexually transmitted infections, and HIV/AIDS — taking on roles as study physician, clinical safety officer, study coordinator, and research officer.

She is currently focused on the PRYSMA study, where she primarily supports the social science stream, while also contributing to data analysis for several other ongoing studies.
