Phuong has worked with the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit since 2022, leading the Youth Science Ambassadors program, an initiative to empower young people aged 18-25 to make OUCRU’s research and science more accessible and relatable to the public.
Her work focuses on participatory approaches that bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and lived experience. Collaborating with researchers, youth, and community partners, she fosters inclusive, dialogue-driven practices that promote trust, shared understanding, and meaningful public involvement in health research.
