Before OUCRU, Bal Mukunda Neupane worked as a Community Medicine Assistant at Lalitpur Poly-clinic, which gave him valuable experience in providing healthcare services to the local community. As a field supervisor at NFDF, he would have managed and supervised field operations related to family development programs in Nepal.

His current role combines administrative tasks with clinical duties like taking patient histories and recording vital signs. He has completed a pre-diploma course in CMA (Community Medical Assistant).
