This study aims to understand the burden of leprosy and scabies in West and South West Sumba, Indonesia, and how these diseases are spreading within communities.

This project aims to investigate the persistent colonisation of colistin-resistant bacteria (AMRB) in different farm settings and the genetic relationship of the AMR genes and strains isolated from farm-associated samples with those isolated from hospitals in Asia countries.

This is a one-sentence summary of the project, stating its overarching goals. The TB vaccine qualitative study (short title) was conducted to explore the enablers and barriers for public acceptance of a hypothetical new TB vaccine among the community of three TB-affected districts in Nepal. This study showed that the participants viewed a new TB vaccine positively, shaped by their experiences with COVID-19 vaccination and trust in government-led vaccination programs.

COPCOV is a randomised, placebo-controlled pre-exposure prophylaxis study to determine whether chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine prevents coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

This study examined the clinical characteristics and factors associated with in-hospital mortality of COVID-19 patients in Jakarta, Indonesia, from March 2 to July 31, 2020.

The project accrues a prospective observational cohort of hospitalised COVID-19 patients in multiple hospitals in Indonesia.
